One of our companies is currently looking for a Solutions Architect in United States .

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and strategically minded professional to guide customers through both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll work alongside customer security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to craft robust, scalable solutions tailored to their business needs. You’ll combine technical expertise with consulting acumen to shape solution strategies, drive implementation success, and deliver long-term value. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and solution adoption.

Accountabilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, define system requirements, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Lead API integration strategies for automation and workflow enhancements
  • Provide thought leadership in architecture best practices and solution implementation
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycles, from pre-sales discovery to post-sales delivery and optimization
  • Design testing strategies and assist with validation to ensure customer needs are fully met
  • Document functional requirements, workflows, and architecture specifications for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering teams to estimate effort, manage technical risks, and ensure successful execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, and client-facing consulting within enterprise software environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical solutions into business value
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud deployments
  • Preferred : experience with technologies like REST APIs, LDAP, SAML, ServiceNow integrations, and scripting / programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Perl)
