Network Support Analyst

Responsibilities

Sentinel is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Network Support Analyst to join our 24 / 7 operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless performance of our clients IT infrastructure including network server and VoIP systems. Working amongst some of the most talented and skilled engineers in the business will allow you to grow both personally and professionally. This position is onsite in our Downers Grove office Saturday-Tuesday 7am-5 : 30pm with an on-call day on Wednesday. Onboarding / Training will be Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm for the first 4-6 weeks. There will be opportunities to work hybrid once acclimated.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network server and VoIP systems using real-time alerts and notifications.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Accurately document incidents in ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
• Communicate effectively with customers vendors and internal teams during incidents.
• Coordinate with service providers for timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Follow ITIL-based incident management processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Compensation Range :

NOC Analyst : $40000-$70000 a year.
