What You'll Do : Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any irregularities or hazards. Maintain detailed records and write reports regarding daily activities and incidents that may occur during the shift. Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and local authorities as needed, supporting the overall security-related operations of the location. Assist visitors and employees by providing information, directions, and support as needed while maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned post. Monitor for and report any suspicious activities and / or potential hazards in and around the location. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
