Location : Pomona, CA | 18-month assignment $80–$100 / hr W2 Hybrid – 2 days / week in-office

Lead civil engineering projects for Transmission, Substation, and Distribution facilities. This role combines technical leadership, field support 2 days / week , and contractor oversight with ~25% travel across the service territory

• Lead project scoping, design, cost estimation, scheduling, and construction support
• Collaborate across teams and external agencies
• Manage civil engineering consultants and ensure quality deliverables
• Secure permits and support regulatory compliance
