Description :

We are seeking a versatile QA Analyst & Automation Specialist with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing to join our dynamic quality assurance team. This hybrid role combines hands-on automation expertise with business-facing analytical skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS and integrated applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive technically adept and collaborative across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review business and technical requirements ensuring clarity completeness and testability.
• Design develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript) and Java- based frameworks for UI and API validation.
• Execute functionality integration regression and performance testing across SaaS platforms and backend systems.
• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders including demos and walkthroughs.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman validate backend data using SQL and ensure compliance with OpenAPI / Swagger specifications.
• Create and execute performance testing using JMeter for both UI and APIs.
• Identify document and track defects collaborating closely with development and product teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test documentation.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to evolving QA processes and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and test coverage.
