Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will analyze patient access trends and post-Rx journey performance across specialty brands, integrating HUB, SP, and payer data.

Rate Range : $45 / hour to 60 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include :

• Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and challenges.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support testing and validation efforts, ensuring solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Pay Details : $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
