We have an immediate opening for a talented Software Developer II (Full Stack) to join our team. As a full stack developer, you'll deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environmentbuilding software that makes a real impact. If you're excited to go beyond coding to shape systems, influence architecture, and continuously learn, we want you on our team. You'll collaborate across disciplines to design, develop, and deploy production-ready software and systems. You'll help clients overcome complex challenges using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll ensure solutions align with the current operating environment while anticipating future functionality and enhancements.

Location : Fully Remote

Salary : 80-100K Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible, high-performing web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React + TypeScript) to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms and devices.
• Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using C#,.NET, and SQL / PostgreSQL.
• Leverage Git, CI / CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, secure deployments, and continuous improvement (e.g., branch strategies, automated testing, security scanning).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, recommending design and architectural improvements (caching, query optimization, async processing, component refactors).
• Support development and deployment in AWS and other cloud environments, using cloud-native services to achieve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retros), contribute to solution design discussions, and adopt emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team delivery.
