We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our properties. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 am–5 pm , with occasional on-call shifts (one week per month). Work Orders & Property Maintenance (60%)

Troubleshoot plumbing, light electrical, and HVAC issues efficiently

Assist with unit make-ready, painting, and repairs

Preserve the charm and functionality of historic properties

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards

Manage work orders via iPhone app, prioritizing tasks and escalating issues as needed

Communication & Collaboration (15%)

Keep residents, vendors, and internal teams informed on work progress

Coordinate with vendors as needed to complete work efficiently

On-Call Responsibilities (5%)

Respond to emergencies during scheduled after-hours shifts (one week / month)

Other Responsibilities (20%)

Address interruptions or unplanned events promptly

Support team objectives and contribute to a positive resident experience

✅ What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

1+ year of experience in make-ready, maintenance, or similar field

Comfortable with hand tools and moderate-to-heavy physical work (lift 50–100+ lbs, climb ladders, stand ~90% of the workday)

Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude
