Telemetry RN Job Details Location : Conroe, Texas 77304 Unit : 22-bed Telemetry Unit (CVT, 3 South) Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 1 / 5 / 2026 - End : 4 / 6 / 2026) Shift : 12-hour nights (7P-7A) Hours per Week : 36 Weekend Requirement : 4 weekend shifts per schedule Dress Code : Royal blue scrubs Estimated Weekly Pay : $1360-$1460 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Texas RN license (Registered Nurse) Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry or acute cardiac care nursing experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications Proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation Experience with IV cardiac drips (Diltiazem, Amiodarone) Continuous BiPAP management Post cardiac catheterization and stent implant care Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred Ability to float to IMU and other med / surg telemetry units Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment Administer and titrate IV cardiac medications Interpret ECG rhythms and respond to changes in patient status Manage post cardiac procedures, including catheterizations and stent placements Operate and manage continuous BiPAP therapy Document patient care in Meditech EMR Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care Float to related units as needed to support clinical demands Discover the charm of Conroe, Texas, with its scenic parks, lakes, and welcoming community.
