Position : Electrical Estimator Location : Raynham, MA (Brand new office!) Compensation : $80,000 to $150,000 per year DOE. A full benefits package is included. Job Responsibilities : As an Electrical Estimator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

Creating accurate and complete quantity take-offs from scratch for commercial and industrial jobs of all sizes, in a timely manner

Inputting take-offs into an estimating format

Collaborating with in-house engineering to develop plans and estimates for Design Build / Design Assist projects

Drafting bid proposals for projects

Monitoring competitor activities to maintain a proactive approach to future estimates

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current material and subcontractor pricing to ensure profitability and competitiveness

Attending meetings with customers and Project Managers to discuss project details and expectations

Negotiating with customers for the award of projects

Providing upper management with reports on bids won / lost

Meeting productivity goals for bids produced, bids won, and maintaining a minimal margin of error

Qualifications We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from senior estimators to those with little to no estimating experience. Key qualifications include :

A strong electrical background and thorough knowledge of electrical systems, ideally with 5+ years of experience

Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, ConEst)

Determination, intelligence, and a proactive attitude

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of estimating, if not already experienced
