Kroger Health Scheduling Coordinator
Efficiently and accurately schedule providers for the assigned Kroger Health region taking direction and guidance on appropriate scheduling practices from Health & Wellness Administrative Manager. Provide administrative support for the Kroger Health regional team. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Complete scheduling processes by applying critical thinking skills to properly staff all stores with required providers during operating hours or for other events as needed
- Engage manager when scheduling conflicts arise, offering solutions or providing documentation of any ongoing scheduling issues with a provider or location
- Communicate regularly with members of the Kroger Health team including pharmacy practice coordinators, operations specialists, and pharmacists
- Work with applicable departments in maintaining associate records and ensuring records are appropriately retained
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for Kroger Health team, staff, and stores
- Help coordinate training events / activities
- Produce and assemble materials and documents needed for meetings, training sessions, presentations, and other day-to-day needs
- Complete any tasks required to assure schedules are forecasted, written, and staffed
- Provide reporting for associates lagging in training based on current policies and procedures and best practices pertaining to training for Kroger Health associates
- Plan and support training of Kroger Health associates
- Attend recruiting events, appropriately representing Kroger Health in presentation and attitude
- Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated
- Provide backup to Health & Wellness admin support
- Support regulatory compliance of all pharmacy locations at the direction of the corporate compliance department

Qualifications
Minimum :
High School Diploma or GEDProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn and operate Kroger programs and systemsExcellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detailExceptional customer service skillsAbility to write routine reports / correspondenceExcellent oral / written communication skillsDesired :
