Risk Management Information System (RMIS) Analyst

Department : Center of Excellence (CoE)

Full-Time

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) Analyst to join Rhythm's growing Center of Excellence (CoE). This role involves connecting risk, insurance, and claims expertise with software development and client solutions, supporting safety incident processes and enterprise risk management tools.

Responsibilities include applying risk management knowledge, supporting product features, guiding client engagements, and providing insights to improve safety and compliance performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support strategic initiatives and solution development as the risk SME within the CoE.
• Understand Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and processes.
• Work with claims data and analytics, understanding various claim types.
• Understand process flows between systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to guide feature design and validate product performance.
• Provide feedback on workflows, risk modeling, and analytics for loss control and risk prevention.
