Driven Brand's Human Resources Group

Driven Brand's Human Resources group is looking for a Driven HR Business Partner who wants to make a difference! Reporting to the VP, Human Resources and supporting Driven Brands continuous growth in the field, this role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Partner with employees and management to design, communicate and oversee various human resources policies & procedures
• Support all aspects of employee experience, including influencing the appropriate application of expectations and policies, documentation, and merit increase process
• Act as the initial point of contact for all employee relations issues or concerns, referencing appropriate employment law knowledge as needed
• Provide monthly metrics pertaining to headcount, turnover, performance management : participate in the completion of monthly HR reporting / audits
• Assist with the recruitment, interview and onboarding process
• Participate in and lead efforts designed to improve employee morale and company culture
• Maintain and coordinate employee development, including performance reviews, learning and training sessions, and leadership programs
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action, employee retention, and continuous improvement
• Learn, develop and support benefits administration and payroll processing for 11,000+ employees

Position Location : North Carolina

Compensation Range : $7.25 - $129,900.00

Compensation Frequency : Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
