Senior Tax & Accounting Professional with a Future Manager / Partner Track
Are you an experienced public accounting professional who wants sophisticated work without the bureaucracy of a large firm? Would you enjoy close client relationships, deep technical variety, and a genuine path to leadership?
If so, we want to hear from you.
We are a boutique, high-end CPA practice located in Macomb County, serving clients that are typically associated with mid-sized and regional firms. Our client base includes businesses ranging from under $1M to $50M in revenue, along with high-net-worth individuals, complex family groups, and multi-state operations.
Our model is unique : We perform 80%+ of sophisticated tax and accounting work internally, and partner with large regional firms for specialized services outside our wheelhouse — such as audits, foreign tax matters, and national tax office issues. This keeps fees appropriate for clients while giving our staff exposure to high-level engagements rarely seen in small firms.
We are technical, service-focused, and relationship-driven. We do not silo work. Staff gain broad exposure and develop quickly.
