What Youll Do

• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency.
• Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs.
• Inspect and maintain shop equipment.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension braking air conditioning etc. to specification.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
• Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of the new technology and techniques on the vehicle model lines.
