ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be for the Rayville, LA project location. The Foreman RMX ensures the safety and environmental compliance of all personnel on site, supervises and leads the delivery and plant operations team members, batch concrete mixes as required to meet customer schedules and quality levels, processes customer orders, changes, and adjustments if needed and schedules raw materials and other deliveries. This position will also handle all plant administration, reporting, paperwork, and address small plant and mobile equipment maintenance as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Coordinates and oversees activities of workers engaged in production operations of the RMX division.
• Responsible for work planning, scheduling, directing, performing, and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment.
• Establishes deadlines and modifies work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Determines what materials need to be produced and establishes production.
• Inspects actual performance and supervises and assists subordinate employees.
• Inspects work facilities to determine proper utilization, maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Participates in the preparation of specifications for new construction equipment.
• Maintains an effective system of communication with supervisors and customers serviced.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education : High school diploma or equivalent

Required Work Experience : 3-5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

Required Computer and Software Skills : Basic experience using computers. Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.

Strong knowledge and understanding related to company products, processes, and equipment.

Excellent leadership skills.
