Manufacturing Engineer – Hanover, PA The Opportunity : Our client is a high-tech (metals-based) contract manufacturer who has hired us to seek out a Manufacturing Engineer for their Hanover, PA location. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and documenting industrial processes from inception through production certification. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through production startup Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to drive continuous improvement Design, test, and upgrade systems to improve production rates and output quality Generate routers / work orders and internal costing structures Qualifications Required : Proven work experience in manufacturing CAD experience with ability to modify / create 3D models and shop drawings Ability to read engineering prints Understanding of multiple fabrication techniques (lasers, press brakes, weld, machining) Strong computer skills including Excel and MS Word Preferred : Bachelor's degree in engineering Expanded knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Check out our website at www.availasearch.com!
