Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for maintenance and repairs within the facility including mechanical production equipment. This role will support various departments to ensure a clean, well-organized, and functional working environment for all employees, and communicate with third party vendors related to building maintenance activities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the employee to stand for long periods of time. Ability to perform without reasonable accommodation : walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting a minimum 55 lbs. or more. Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, strong odors, and loud noises with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
