We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. Our labor and employment team provides counsel to hundreds of public‑school districts and other public agencies throughout California. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who thrives on meaningful work, values collaboration, and wants to make a lasting impact on communities throughout California. We are looking for individuals with 5 to 7 years of experience in labor & employment with a passion for public entity representation. Administrative hearing experience a plus.

Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $225,000.00 / yr

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of litigation, from case assessment and discovery to law and motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Represent public agency clients in state and federal courts across a wide range of litigation matters.
• Manage a diverse caseload independently while collaborating with other experienced attorneys.
• Participate in strategic planning, risk management, and client communication.
