Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8.

Currently searching for 3 coaches for the new season that can coach the following :

  • Must have Weekday Mornings Available (8.30am - 11.30am)
  • Other afternoon sessions are also available
  • Must currently live in the Peoria area

  • We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 35-40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs
  • We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall) and assign classes over the course of a season.

    • The Job :

  • Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length.
  • Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown.
  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
  • Utilize Soccer Shots' curriculum and teaching techniques.
  • Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes.
  • Follow safety and attendance protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

    • Hiring Process :

  • Observation of a Soccer Shots class
  • Demo session (you coach an activity / games)
  • Job Offer

    • Qualifications :

  • No prior sports / coaching experience required (We provide paid training) .
  • Energetic, reliable, organized.
  • Drivers license.
  • Access to reliable transportation (car).
  • Ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills.
  • High school degree.
