What You'll Be Doing :

• Clean and reset guest rooms to Renaissance brand standards, including making beds, replacing linens, and dusting surfaces
• Sanitize and refresh bathrooms, replenish amenities, and ensure everything is spotless and guest-ready
• Vacuum hallways, clean common areas, and ensure guest-facing spaces always look their best
• Remove trash and used items with care and efficiency
• Report any maintenance needs, damages, or safety concerns promptly to engineering or supervisors
• Handle guest requests with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Follow established protocols for guest privacy, room entry, and security standards
• Practice safe handling of chemicals and equipment
• Communicate with housekeeping leaders and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Take pride in meeting daily room quotas and supporting the team wherever needed
