This position is ideal for the stay at home mom, retired nurse, or someone looking for part time hours.
This Dignity Care is locally owned and has been offering Senior Home Care in the Boulder County community since 1997.

Hours
-
Part-time Registered Nursing Hours.
Will take new clients on a case by case basis in the Boulder/Broomfield area with the potential to build up a caseload.

Job Description
We are searching for a nurse who can assist our nursing team as needed with the following tasks:
- Keep skilled client records updated
- Can develop and implement a plan of care that meets each patient's specific needs according to supervising MD orders and with agency policies and procedures.
- Prepare POC and fax to doctor for signature
- Counsels the patient and/or family in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Continually communicates patient care to office staff, involved clinicians, and supervising MDs to ensure that every single patient receives the care that they deserve and need.
- Completing intake/assessment of new clients
- Ensure State standards are met and being followed
- Taking case load of new clients for RN visits
- Other assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Professional License, RN (required)
- Valid CPR card (required)
- Valid Driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- Clean background check (required)
- Previous experience in home care (required)
