Requirements
What You’ll Do
As a Neurology Veterinary Technician, you’ll work closely with our board-certified neurologists to support patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and advanced procedures. You’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and their families during every stage of care.In this role, you will :
Assist with neurological exams and patient restraint
Support advanced procedures including CSF taps, imaging, and surgical cases
Safely administer medications (PO, IM, IV, SC) and monitor patients
Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment (MRI, CT, radiology, ECG, etc.)
Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and drug logs
Provide empathetic client communication and education
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Radiology
Deliver patient-centered care with compassion and precision
Who We Are Looking For
Licensed or credentialed veterinary technician, Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS), or experienced veterinary assistant
Experience in specialty medicine and / or neurology preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with veterinary medical software (e.g., EzyVet, SmartFlow) a plus
A positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care
