Who We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements :

• Education : High School Diploma or GED
• Background Check : Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
• Valid Driver's License : Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
• Physical Requirements : Ability to work on a computer, walk / stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs

Key Skills & Abilities :

• Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
• Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
• Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator), you'll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Providing Direct Support - Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
• Transportation & Safety - Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
• Behavioral Observation - Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
• Medication Support - Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
• Environment Maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
• Facilitating Group Activities - Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
• Emergency Response - Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
