As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned utility locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the utilities location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to management and / or emergency services as appropriate.

Assist with access control procedures and verify identification of individuals entering the location as required.

Support emergency response activities by following established procedures and communicating clearly with relevant parties.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal.

Communicate professionally and courteously with staff, visitors, and / or contractors while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
