• Lead pharmacy operations, ensuring all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards are met.
• Oversee dispensing, inventory control, and purchasing to maintain seamless workflow and compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff—empowering growth and collaboration.
• Support accreditation, quality improvement, and survey readiness efforts.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and achieve operational goals.
• Take an active role in budget planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
