We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Certified Behavior Technician(CBT) to provide residents with routine nursing care in accordance with established CH policies and procedures. The CBT is responsible for contributing to the development, evaluation and assessment of care plans and implementing behavior management program plans through observing, intervening, and reporting changes in resident behavior and health condition. The CBT is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment. The CBT is competent to care for residents in the following age groups : adult (ages 19 - 64) and geriatric (ages 65 +). The CBT demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.

Schedule : Full Time 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm Every Other Weekend required.

Education : High School graduate or equivalent required.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in New Jersey.
