Our Termite Technicians play a vital role in protecting homes and businesses by inspecting structures for signs of termite activity, identifying problems, and developing effective treatment plans using modern tools, baiting systems, and termiticides. This role blends hands-on work with strong customer interaction-explaining findings, offering recommendations, and helping clients feel informed and confident.

Technicians maintain accurate records, follow safety guidelines, collaborate with their team, and may assist with tasks like installing dehumidifiers, encapsulating crawlspaces, applying wood treatments, installing vapor barriers, and completing minor home repairs.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to pass a drug screen and 7-year background check, maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, work evenings or weekends when needed, and meet state licensing requirements. Physically, technicians should be comfortable climbing ladders (up to 250 lbs), navigating uneven or tight spaces, lifting at least 40 lbs, and wearing protective gear such as a respirator.
