Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the company's accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls

Lead the company's first financial audit, driving preparation and coordination with external auditors

Contribute to company-wide financial strategy, ensuring alignment of accounting processes with business goals

Required Qualifications

Proven track record in owning or supporting the accounting function in a high-growth or early-stage environment

Direct experience leading or managing a company's first financial audit

Deep expertise in GL management, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes

Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

CPA is a nice to have, but not a requirement
