Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-risk and complex investigations and resolve Employee Relations claims
Assess findings and recommend solutions to enhance brand health and culture
Educate business partners on policy application and provide coaching on employee-related matters
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources; Employee Relations experience preferred
Strong expertise in US employment law to identify potential legal risks
Proficiency in conducting complex internal investigations and reporting
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
High professional standards regarding customer service and confidentiality
