Overview

Urologist role at Veterans in Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of urologic evaluations.
• Procedures within the practitioner’s scope of practice and facility capabilities, including but not limited to prostate biopsy, TURP, stenting, retrogrades, hydrocele, vasectomy, TUR, bladder neck / tumor, dilatation / strictures, GU skin lesions, and circumcisions.
• Remain current on diagnostic and treatment options within scope.
• Work off-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as priorities demonstrate a need on a rotating basis.

Benefits

Salary up to $295,000 per year. Normal Work Schedule : Full Time, 8 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday (weekends on call).

Selected candidate may be eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) based on fund availability. Comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, life insurance, health benefits, Thrift Savings Plan, and Federal Employees Retirement System.
