Job Description

• Tailor Bespoke Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Employ evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily functional activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nurses to provide integrated, holistic patient care
• Train Patients and Families : Educate patients and caregivers about therapy techniques to facilitate continual advancement at home
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor clinical results and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies, ensuring optimal patient journeys
