We are seeking a talented and passionate Mechanical Designer II to join our growing team. As a Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and impactful design solutions that elevate the lives of our users / clients. You will work closely with the project engineer and other team members to translate concepts into compelling and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in designing and drafting mechanical and plumbing systems including : Ductwork, Piping, Sanitary systems, Domestic water, Medical gas, Compressed air, Natural gas, Water heating systems
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and evaluate design concepts
• Assess feasibility of design ideas based on safety, function, and serviceability
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and sketches using Revit software
• Develop construction documents and coordinate intermittent submissions
• Work closely with other disciplines to ensure cohesive design integration
• Conduct field investigations and site visits
• Skilled in determining optimal routing and sizing of systems
• High proficiency in computer-aided design tools and software

Salary

Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr

This is an in-office position with an open concept work environment.
