Required Skills :

Valid RN license; open to candidates with a compact license

Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar settings

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and compassionate care delivery

Nice to Have Skills :

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Knowledge of Wisconsin state regulations and protocols

Preferred Education and Experience :

Nursing degree from an accredited program

Proven track record in LTC or geriatric care

Other Requirements :

All shifts open, Day-Eve-Nights

Must possess necessary certifications, such as CPR
