Practice Setting : Inpatient / Hospital-based

Availability & Schedule

Start Date : January 2026

Contract Length : Minimum 6 months

Shift Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Coverage Needed : 2 full-time CRNAs

Department : Anesthesia services covering :

Pediatrics

Dental

General Surgery

Orthopedics

OB

Urology

Podiatry

Endoscopy

Volume : Staff 5-6 locations daily with 9 full-time CRNAs + locum support

Procedures : Wide mix; blocks / regional not required but strongly preferred

EMR System : Cerner

Licensing & Credentialing Requirements

License : Active West Virginia license - Required (willing to license)

Board Certification : Required

Certifications : DEA - Required

BLS - Required

ACLS - Required

Credentialing Timeframe : Approx. 60 days

Pay Rate
