Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.Licensed as a Physical Therapist in California
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
