Work in a supportive outpatient setting, helping clients on their recovery and wellness journeys through individual and group therapy in a flexible, structured environment.
Watkins, Colorado Inpatient Therapist
Join our residential team and be part of an immersive, integrative program that combines traditional, holistic, and experiential therapy models to support long-term healing.

We're Seeking Passionate, Licensed Therapists
If you are a motivated, mission-driven clinician with a desire to grow professionally, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field
Licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAC
CAS, CAT, or additional licensure is a plus
Minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health and / or SUD treatment
Strong group and individual therapy skills
Flexible, insight-oriented, and clinically dynamic
Excellent documentation and follow-up skills
Competitive salary : $65,000–$85,000 (dependent on experience and licensure)
