Job description

Augusta Health  invites you to consider joining a progressive and visionary, medical staff in one of the truly great towns of the Southeast. We are seeking a talented  Diagnostic Radiologist  with a passion for high quality patient care to build our Radiology program.

  • August Medical Group (AMG) Department of Radiology (awarded Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence (DICOE) 2024, is a hospital-employed practice, with guaranteed salary & benefits

Currently composed of 7 MDs and one PA who practice in a very friendly environment and maintain excellent relationships

with our colleagues.

Hiring MDs to allow for growth in case volume

  • Mayo Clinic Affiliated with access to collaboration and research

    • Diagnostic Radiologist

    Core Requirements :

  • General Radiology and PETCT
  • Advanced Body MRI
  • Reading in your subspecialty is encouraged and works well, though general duties are required since we are an active community hospital
  • Call : currently no evening or weekend call

    • Advantageous Skills :

    General Nuclear medicine with proficiency in PETCT

  • Compensation & Benefits :

    • Excellent compensation with base income plus additional productivity bonus

    Full-time employee receives base income with opportunity for annual bonus

    Sign on bonus

    $4,200 CME allowance+paid medical license, DEA and board certification

    9 weeks allowed time off
