Key Account Manager (Talent Pool)

About this role

Own and grow strategic accounts : renewals, upsell / cross-sell, executive alignment, and multi-country coordination.

What you’ll do

Build account plans; run QBRs with C-level and operational stakeholders.
Drive renewals and expansion motions; coordinate cross-functional teams.
Escalation and risk management; ensure adoption and value realization.
Governance : SLA / SoW / Change Orders; margin awareness.

What you bring

5+ years in KAM / Enterprise AM for B2B solutions.

Executive communication; complex deal orchestration.

English B2+ mandatory.

Nice to have

Global programs & multi-language environments.

Location

Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote / hybrid.
