    The Company is seeking a Head of Meetings and Events to join its Visitor Experience team. This senior-level role is pivotal in managing a diverse range of internal and external events, from small catered gatherings to large-scale, formal occasions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, production, and execution of these events, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and values. Key duties include overseeing event logistics, developing and maintaining a sustainable rental program, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and accessibility. The role demands a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 7 years' event management experience, a background in hospitality or related fields, and a proven track record in managing large-scale events. The Head of Meetings and Events will also be involved in team leadership, strategic development, and will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Applicants for the Head of Meetings and Events position at the company should possess a minimum of 7 years' of event management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in hospitality, cultural organizations, non-profits, or related fields.
