A fast-paced and rapidly growing Fort Worth law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys in plaintiff-side insurance claims. If you have a strong background in mediations, depositions, and trial preparation, and thrive in a dynamic legal environment, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities :
- Work directly with litigation attorneys on case strategy and execution
- Draft pleadings, demand letters, discovery responses, and mediation briefs
- Prepare for and support mediations, depositions, and trials
- Organize exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Maintain client communication and case updates
