Job descriptionProvide inpatient, outpatient, and clinic-based cardiology care. Manage 10 clinic patients daily and 12–15 inpatient admissions per day. Perform and interpret electrocardiograms (EKGs). Participate in rotating night and weekend call (ratio 1 : 6). Supervise and collaborate with 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). Document all patient encounters in Epic EMR Board Certified in Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology with LVAD experience (Required). Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure (Required). Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) certification (Required). ACLS certification (Required). Active DEA registration (Required).
