Location : Ocean Springs, Mississippi (Primary Office)

Position Overview :

Gastroenterology group in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join their thriving and growing practice in beautiful Ocean Springs, MS. Established Group : Join a stable, collegial team of experienced and supportive gastroenterologists.

Growth-Driven Role : Position created due to strong patient demand and practice expansion across satellite offices.

Hospital Affiliation : Affiliated with Gulfport hospital with only 1 day / week of hospital coverage.

Call Schedule : Light call rotation of 1 : 6, ensuring a strong work-life balance.

Advanced Procedures : ERCP is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits :

Minimum starting base salary of $500K+

Partner Track : 2-year path to partnership with no cap on income potential

Current partners are earning over $1 million annually
