We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this individual will act as a product expert, consultant, and relationship-builder. If youre passionate about driving business growth, delivering results, and creating meaningful client partnershipsthis could be the perfect fit for you.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Analyze customer potential and identify new commercial market opportunities.
  • Guide customers through the sales process by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
  • Conduct technical sales consultations and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, accounting, shipping, and tech services) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Represent Foliot Furniture at trade shows and industry conventions.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to speak to large groups.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on evolving market trends and customer feedback.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A results-driven, collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and work well under pressure.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
