• Opportunity : Family Medicine Physician
• Outpatient clinics that offer same-day medical appointments and currently provide a wide range of programs, including primary medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and community health and wellness programs
• Full time, employed opportunity
• Schedule : Flexible, Monday - Friday. Clinic hours are 8am-7pm, so schedule can be 4x or 5x8
• Outpatient community health center
• Credentialing Time Frame : 1-2 weeks
• Arizona license and BC
• Compensation : Employed opportunity with Salary, bonuses and benefits. HPSA score of for Federal Medical School Loans or visa waiver and sponsorship.
