Job Title : RN - ICU

Location : Allentown, Pennsylvania

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized, high-acuity care to adult patients in a critical care setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults, including comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and managing complex health conditions.
• Monitoring : Monitor and interpret vital signs, manage life-support systems, and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using the EPIC charting system.
• Adaptability : Float to other critical care units as needed within the hospital.

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.

Valid PA or Compact RN License (Required).

Basic Life Support (BLS).

Proficient in EPIC charting.

Additional Details :

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend.
