Rehmann is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its marketing communications team. In this role, you'll work with marketing leadership to support strategic marketing initiatives focused on firmwide growth and brand awareness.

In-office or hybrid work arrangements are available for this role.

How You'll Make an Impact at Rehmann

• Assist with the development and execution of annual marketing plans.
• Coordinate content creation.
• Execute multi-channel campaign tasks.
• Manage the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and events, including booking, registering, filling invoices, placing orders, creating instruction packages, gathering literature, finetuning presentations, prepping attendees / presenters, etc.
• Track and report on measurable KPIs and campaign and event / tradeshow success.
• Research market trends, hot topics, and competitive landscape.
• Gather and analyze data and summarize findings to provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist with resources needed for the sales team, including content, tools, knowledge, and information.
• Assist with vendor relationships.
• Support special projects as needed.

Your Desired Skills, Experiences and Education

Experience with applicable martech, Microsoft Office, CRM systems and project management software preferred. Monday.com, Salesforce, DOMO, HubSpot, and SharePoint experience is a plus
