The Staff Pad is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our client's team in Houston, Texas. This is an ONSITE position.

The Client Success Manager (CSM) will play a critical role in ensuring high client satisfaction by identifying issues or opportunities, collaborating across departments, and maintaining strong client relationships. This individual will welcome new clients, conduct onboarding, provide ongoing support, and help ensure retention and satisfaction through responsive and proactive service.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Acting as the internal advocate for clients, escalating issues to the appropriate teams
  • Partnering with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to support distressed accounts
  • Managing retention communications and ensuring a positive client offboarding experience
  • Generating and reviewing weekly reports and tracking escalated service concerns
  • Facilitating client onboarding and training
  • Responding to CSAT feedback and driving resolution of any client concerns

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in account management / customer service
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
