The Ethics & Compliance Risk & Due Diligence Manager role is responsible for continued development, optimization, and execution of the Ethics & Compliance Risk assessment program, including Third Party Risk Management. You will collaborate with other key stakeholders in facilitating Compliance Risk Assessments and Third-Party Risk Management. In this position, you will report to the Vice President Compliance, Security and Special Investigations, and you will be responsible for evaluating current risk assessment processes, implementing / enhancing new processes, workflows, and system enablements, and educating others on these processes.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Ethics & Compliance risk management programs inclusive of Compliance Risk Assessments, Third-Party Risk Management (including but not limited to Anti-Bribery & Restricted Party Screening).
• Manage platforms for Ethics & Compliance risk assessment (e.g. review of risk alerts, optimization of alert workflows / escalations, process / platform optimization).
• Support Ethics & Compliance leadership in execution of global Enterprise Risk Management program.
• Support Ethics & Compliance leadership in developing, enhancing, and managing Ethics & Compliance case management system (e.g. improving workflows, developing analytics, monitoring various activities).
• Manage Ethics & Compliance Key Performance Indicators (e.g. perform analytics, assess trends, provide insights and define improvement opportunities).
• Implement dashboards (or similar concise summaries) to summarize risks, status, & actionable insights using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Identify, vet, and recommend opportunities for enhancement of Ethics & Compliance risk management processes (e.g. industry best practices, new technologies).
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams, including Procurement, IT, and various risk owners.

Qualifications :

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
