DENTAL ASSISTANT

OFFICE HOURS: - M,T,W, TH 8:30am - 5:30 pm (Lunch 1-2)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist the dentist in the day to day operations which include set up and break down of dental treatment rooms. Sterilization of instruments and disinfection protocols in the treatment rooms and around the office. Taking of x-rays, assisting the doctor with restorative dental procedures and fabricating provisionals for indirect restorations. Use of eaglesoft and the use of both intra oral and extra oral cameras for dental photography. Communicating with patients throughout the dental visits and calling patients to confirm or appoint patients.

MUST HAVES: Team player with a great attitude to learn and adapt. X-ray certification and great chair side manner.

WISH LIST: Previous experience with large aesthetic cases and fabricating provisional restorations. Previous experience with Invisalign and endodontic procedures.

QUALITIES OF CANDIDATE: Punctual, great attitude, solid work ethic, team player, and great communication skills with the dental team and patients. Ability to adapt to changing situations and willing to be cross trained to help at any position in the office if needed.

EXPERIENCE: Experience with aesthetic dentistry/ anterior provisional fabrication

Pay Range Type:Hourly Pay Range Min: 18.00 Pay Range Max: 25.00
